The House is expected to vote this week on a repeal of ObamaCare, and The Heritage Foundation is all for it.

Heritage says if the new healthcare reform law is not repealed, its negative effects will be felt by all Americans. Policy analyst Brian Blase explains several reasons why he believes ObamaCare should be repealed.

"One, it increases government spending pretty dramatically through a massive Medicaid expansion, and also through government subsidies for individuals to purchase insurance on the newly created exchanges," he says.
