Supreme Court Schedules Health Care Cases
The Supreme Court announced Monday that it will hear a series of cases regarding President Obama's signature health care law between March 26-28.
Four hearings are scheduled on different aspects of the law.
March 26th – Anti-Injunction Act issue (1 hr) 10am March 27th – Individual Mandate (2 hrs) 10am March 28th – Severability (90 mins) 10am; Medicaid issue (1 hr) 1pm.
