Holder puts hold on deportation of 'gay' man
A pro-family activist doesn't think the U.S. attorney general should be pandering to homosexuals while deciding whether illegal aliens should be allowed to remain in the country.
The case involves foreigner Paul Wilson Dorman, who has been living illegally in New Jersey with another homosexual for a number of years. He has been ordered to return to his native Ireland. But Attorney General Eric Holder recently ordered a halt to the deportation, as he suggests Dorman's relationship might qualify him as a "spouse" under a statute known as the Immigration and Nationality Act.
But Peter LaBarbera, founder and president of Americans for Truth about Homosexuality (AFTAH) believes "this shows the lawlessness of the Obama administration"...
