Conservative groundswell unmistakable
Mid-term elections are only two weeks away, and as conservatives continuously gain support, it appears they are on their way to winning back control in Congress.
Family Research Council (FRC) president Tony Perkins calls the upcoming election "historic" and says he remains optimistic when he considers the poll numbers reported from across the country.
"The groundswell of support for conservative candidates continues to grow," he accounts. "Sharon Angle in Nevada, taking on Harry Reid, raised $14 million in this last quarter in her campaign. Michelle Bachmann in Minnesota, [whom] Nancy Pelosi has targeted, she raised...[about] $6 million -- a record for a member of Congress"...
