'Three-legged approach' to ObamaCare repeal
A conservative congressman is praising Virginia's recent federal ruling against ObamaCare, but he also warns that opponents of the new law should not place all of their trust in the court system.
Representative Steve King (R-Iowa) says U.S. District Judge Henry Hudson's decision earlier this month to strike down ObamaCare's requirement that everyone participates in purchasing healthcare was a no-brainer.
"The basis for the individual mandate was the Commerce Clause -- that Congress has the constitutional authority to regulate commerce between the states. [But] not accessing healthcare from any source, let alone not purchasing health insurance, none of that is interstate commerce and should not be," King contends...
