Five major economic entities have commented on the US future under Obama’s reign. It ranges from quite bad, to “close the door, because we’re about to get hit with a ‘tsunamic’ wave of epic proportions”.

In just the last decade, private employees have increased 1%, but governmental employees–15%. As he says, “We are now out of the era of big government, and into the era of enormous government.”


When the recession started in 2009, the DoD’s 1,068 employees made $150,000/yr. Now it’s 10,100 employees. Federal employees making >$100,000/yr doubled in <2 years.

The Document to Halt Obama's March to Marxism--Part 5

Should the following charges be filed against a leader-and who might that leader be?

1.) He has made judges dependent on his will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

2.) He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws...

3.) He has enacted a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harrass our people and eat out their substance....

4.) For imposing taxes on us without our consent.

5.) For transporting us beyond seas to be tried for pretended offences.

6.) For taking away our charters, abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering fundamentially the forms of our government.

Who would be the leader facing these, among other serious charges? And what document is the authority for punishing one guilty of these trespasses?

Yes, Obama would be guilty of these charges. The Document? The Declaration of Independence which is still in force and devotes considerable space to make plain that corrupt leaders MUST be expelled from government.

Democrats to push for "universal" voter registration

Don't look now, but some liberal members of Congress are planning to introduce legislation that will result in "universal" voter registration in all fifty states.

According to the Washington Times, the legislation would:

The proposal is to register everyone on every welfare list,
everyone getting unemployment insurance, everyone with a driver's
license, everyone who has had run-ins with the legal system, everyone
owning any property - basically everyone on every list the government
keeps. People will be registered to vote whether or not they want to be
registered. If individuals are on any public record, they will be
automatically registered.

Among other problems with such an idea, (not the least of which is the federal government intruding on a state issue), the legislation would result in voter registration for illegal aliens and felons.  Add to this the fact that it would make voter fraud much, much more likely, given the people often have their names listed differently in various government databases (also leading to confusion), plus many people wouldbe registered without their knowledge.

In short, this is the "Automatically Register Anyone Who Might Be a Democrat and Let's Make it Easier to Commit Voter Fraud Act".

No shame.

Two developments in Ohio... First, the Democrat Secretary of State is appealing to the US Supreme Court a federal circuit court's ruling that she has to check recent registrants against ID records to see that they're legit... From the Plain Dealer:
