Once again, Planned Parenthood has been caught on hidden camera misleading women about abortion. In this case their staffers attempted to use euphemisms to convince a woman her unborn child was "not a baby" and convince her to have an abortion.
First, they misinform the undercover "client" about how soon a child develops a heartbeat, claiming that, "It's around I think the 8th or the 9th week that you can hear the heartbeat". The correct answer is a little past three weeks.
Then the Planned Parenthood employee went further, telling the "client", "It's not a baby, it's a fetus," which, she claims, is "not like a person." And, when asked if an abortion will hurt the chances of having children in the future, the employee replied, "Nope". But recognized medical statistics show an increase in the chances of miscarriage after abortion to be anywhere from 20-50%.
There's a new study out that documents just how much YOUR money Planned Parenthood and other pro-abortion groups have received, courtesy of the federal government over the past seven years.
As far as Planned Parenthood goes, the figure is over six-hundred and fifty MILLION dollars. - an average of over one hundred million per year.
The report takes a look at all taxpayer supported streams of revenue making their way to the organization - from "Title X" funding for "family planning" to funds from government organizations like USAID and HHS. The report from the government's General Accounting Office pegs the exact seven year figure at $657.1 million.
Of course, when it comes to the abortion biz, that's not it: (via Lifenews)
One must cross the lines sometimes. But the case against one organization is such an animal. And by animal, one means the option to take human life for reward. The reward is money for the organization. People only kill life because of one's preference. The Constitution (Article 4, Section 4) states that the United States shall protect each of its states against domestic violence. What about an internal enemy that's killed over 50 million Americans in the last 35 years? For millions not to be aware of such an unabashed spree in killing, something is awkwardly wrong.
This organization seems to be pushing smaller independent facilities out of business. Evidently, independent facilities are closing, while this one group (710 facilities) continues to expand with the help of Americans' tax dollars.
An existing Planned Parenthood facility does not do surgical abortions but does provide RU-486, a drug used to abort babies through nine weeks of gestation. The head of the local abortion clinic said there were no plans for surgical abortions at the new facility in the near future.
But Stacy Dunn of the Knoxville County chapter of Tennessee Right to Life tells OneNewsNow her organization is skeptical.
"So when we saw the plans for the proposed facility, we saw plans for four to six exam rooms and a recovery room, which indicated to us that the building would have the capability at some point to be used to do surgical abortions also," she explains...
Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood, has historically been proven to have been a racist and a supporter of Hitler's program of eugenics. Planned Parenthood is the organization which has ended the lives of a large number of the 50 million unborn babies killed in abortions since the United States Supreme Court made abortion-on-demand legal in America with its infamous Roe v. Wade decision in 1973.
One would have thought that after Margaret Sanger died and Hitler's eugenics programs were ended, that that would be the end of the subject of eugenics. So it was very surprising to recently hear one of the most prominent women leaders in America, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, say the following in an interview with "The New York Times": "Yes, the ruling [in Harris v. McRae that the federal government does not have to pay for elective abortions] surprised me. Frankly I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don't want to have too many of."
(CNSNews.com) – Pro-life groups are hailing last week’s ruling from the Ohio Supreme Court, which said abortion providers such as Planned Parenthood must strictly comply with FDA rules for administering the abortion-inducing drug mifepristone, also known as RU 486.
Planned Parenthood challenged a 2004 Ohio law requiring that the abortion pill be restricted to women who are no more than 49 days’ pregnant.
The Ohio law says abortionists must abide by the rules approved by the FDA when it first made RU-486 available in the United States in September 2000...
The Tennessee legislature has dispatched a strong message to Planned Parenthood.
About $1.1 million set aside for family planning in the state will now be distributed mostly to local health organizations and not the taxpayer-supported abortion provider. Susan Allen of Tennessee Right to Life was there for the vote. "In the House, the vote was 69-to-22," she notes, "and in the Senate, 25-to-7."
Allen is thankful that Planned Parenthood will no longer receive the annual automatic nod from the state. "For approximately 40 years, Planned Parenthood was given preferential treatment in the Tennessee state law for getting family planning funds that are under Title X from the federal government," she explains...
Undercover investigations of Planned Parenthood still haven't produced action by prosecutors in most states.
Three pro-life groups -- Live Action, Students for Life, and Life Dynamics, Inc. -- have conducted undercover probes of Planned Parenthood facilities around the country, proving that staff members have offered underage children abortions and given advice on how to avoid getting their impregnator -- sometimes 10 years older than the girls -- in trouble with the law...
Barack Obama signs Executive Order abolishing President Ronald Reagan's Mexico City Policy which prohibited international groups - such as the infamous Planned Parenthood International - which do abortions or promote abortions, from receiving American taxpayers' money.
Late last Friday, was the new president hiding from Americans the fact that more unborn babies will die because he decided to do away with President Ronald Reagan's Mexico City Policy since the White House released a press release late on Friday night? Not many newspaper readers or television viewers notice news items on Saturday mornings.
Barack Obama signed an executive order -- with no fanfare after newspaper and television network deadlines had passed -- to do away with the Mexico City Policy which prohibited groups like Planned Parenthood International -- that do abortions or promote abortions -- from receiving American tax dollars.
