Trying to Change the Subject

Congresswoman Michele Bachmann accused the Obama administration of orchestrating yet another information dump on a “Friday dump day” at the end of last week.  Indeed, this was one of their most clever Friday dumps yet.

Two days following shocking revelations about what is arguably the worst presidential (cover-up) scandal in American history, the BenghaziGate scandal  -- involving the dereliction of duty by the Obama administration regarding the September 11, 2012 Islamic terrorist attack on the American consulate in Benghazi, Libya and the preventable assassinations of Obama’s Ambassador to Libya; his fellow diplomat, and two Navy Seals  --   the Obama administration tried to change the subject to what has become another new Obama scandal.   

"We Can't Believe It!"

Like most Americans, we watched the United States presidential election returns on TV last Tuesday with great interest. We followed the results for a few hours that showed the race to be close and tight all along. Then suddenly, the newscasters declared that President Barack Obama had won Ohio. One of the analysts made the statement, "Well, that's the election."

Then the TV programmers put up a full screen statement, "Obama is Re-Elected!" Immediately we responded, "We can't believe it!"

We American Christians had hoped for, prayed for, and expected a different outcome. We were overwhelmed with disappointment and disbelief. We were strong and reasonable in our desire for the conservative challenger Mitt Romney to defeat the liberal incumbent president Barack Obama.

Obama’s Silence on Israel’s Plight Questioned by Romney

For those who watched the third and final Presidential debate one thing was certain, President Obama made a 360 degree turn when asked if he would stand with Israel if she had to go to war with Iran to stop their nuclear proliferation.  Until the debate, which focused on foreign policy, Mr. Obama has been silent on standing with Israel virtually ignoring Iran’s threat to wipe Israel off the face of the planet. When asked by his opponent, Mitt Romney, why he visited virtually every Middle East country but bypassed Israel, Obama regressed all the way back to before taking office and simple stated he had visited Israel and even Sderot, an Israeli town next to Gaza. Romney quickly seized the moment and stated that if Israel is forced into war, as President of the United States he (Mitt Romney) would stand solidly beside Israel.  Shortly there after Obama followed suit despite being silent for over four years.

CAIRO Egypt (9/13/12) Determined to weaken the defense of America against enemies sworn to destroy us, while at the same time strengthening Muslim Jihad against us, Obama is cutting $487 Billion from our military, which will, according to Reuters, eliminate nearly 100,000 ground troops, mothballing ships and trimming air squadrons. And this boneheaded decision was made while America is engaged in a vicious war.

Those cuts will also mean a slash in tactical support for the young men and women sent to the battlefields, including weapons, ammunition and vehicles. Yes, sending them out unprotected.

Secretary of state czarina, Hillary Clinton has confirmed that the Obama communist machine will not only waste tax payer money supporting Syrian rebels(12 million more), but is also contemplating military support to topple the Assad dictatorship. Lessons in Libya long forgotten, I guess. Our media and the currant regime would like us to believe that we are defending democracy, when in fact we've been contributing to the birth of an unforgiving radical Islamist consolidation. The theatrical narration seems to be that we are supporting the liberty loving oppressed, when in fact we are installing governments more murderous than the previous ones. At least we knew where we stood with Gaddafi and Hosne Mubarak.
