Hezbollah

More than they are willing to pay.

Often I write about the Palestinians and for good reason.  We are living in a world which seems to have turned upside down and inside out. The Palestinian leadership are corrupt terrorists yet they are being accepted as legitimate heads of state even though they have no state, no legitimate nation and no country. We are indeed living in a very confusing time and the truth is often hard to discern.

The Bible talks about a time when the world will be in constant turmoil and we should be under no illusions – that time is surely upon us.

The Proverbial “Red Line”

What does it mean and how strong is it?  The answer rests whoever is making the declaration.

Over the course of the past six plus years we’ve all heard talk from various world leaders threatening dire consequences if the opposition crossed “the red line.”  The red line marks the end of the line, or does it?

Death and Destruction without Fear of Consequences

Laughing all the way to Tehran

Mr. Obama’s "Bird"-brain strategy backfires

Now that Benjamin Netanyahu has won what the Israeli media are calling "a decisive victory," people in Israel and around the world are asking themselves what Netanyahu's victory means to Israel and to the world. Even those who are not necessarily experts on Israeli affairs and politics can easily discern some positive election effects just from the media news reports being circulated around the world.

Denounce Terrorism or Pay the Consequences!

Very few who live outside of Israel possess a clear understanding of Israel’s situation as it relates to Arab-Israelis and the Palestinians, yet we form opinions and attitudes and pass judgments based on news clips and reporters’ comments that are almost always overly sympathetic to the Arab-Israelis of East Jerusalem and their Palestinian kinsmen.  Israel’s true situation is rarely articulated.   For example, some wonder if Israel is right to destroy the homes of parents or relatives of those who perpetrate acts of terror against Israel.  Those who contend it’s wrong must be reminded how the Palestinians openly celebrate every time one of their own harms or kills an Israeli and also the fact that the family of the terrorist(s) receives a monetary award.  &n

Israel’s Expertise Comes from Experience Not Rhetoric

There has been a lot of talk in the media about the special friendship between Israel and the United States even though some have said that the lack of movement in the peace process has led to a 'falling out' between our two governments.

Well, I have to say I am never pleased to see disagreements between two friends; especially friends like Israel and America who share so much. We have the same core values, a belief in democracy and freedom, a belief in equality and opportunity, and a belief in standing up to extremism and hatred.

Distractions Take Pressure off Iran

Israel appears to be between the proverbial rock and hard place. Unfortunately, Israel does not live in a friendly neighborhood.  A half million hostile Arab neighbors surround Israel.  Syria poses a dire threat.  More importantly, recent frightening images from Syria have shown men, women and children writhing with seizures and pain caused by Assad attacking his own with chemical weapons.   If Assad would kill his own people, what’s to keep him from attacking Israel to obtain the Golan Heights as a key strategic position?
