Gun Rights vs. Crime In America

The Reapers / a F.A.S.C. Concepts , byMassingale News release

December 26,2011

I offer a legal help, a option, to Drug Test People before they buy a Gun. The new testing of the swab to the mouth is pain less and on the money for stopping gun crimes, by junkies.
You see Guns and Drugs, a issue our Government Covers up because of the sale of Oxy Heroin. I have labeled these heroin users as, "The Reapers / byMassingale", a Internet catch. Some of the most terrible crimes committed by heroin users as this drug molds people into that of which they are not.
My Name is Henry Massingale Founder and Director of the International Boycott Of The Arabic Drug Empire.
As most people do not know, 75% of the gun crimes are committed by drug offenders.
So bring this into the fight for the NRA and the world will look at you all different.

Gun crime in the US, 2010

Liberals celebrate "Day of Rage" tomorrow; Rest of America celebrates "Constitution Day"

It is hard to believe, but we increasingly have two separate Americas.  Many liberals have their "government knows best" and "America is bad" positions and the rest of Americans believe in America's exceptionalism. Tomorrow, many liberals will "celebrate" something socialists, communists and anarchists around the world call a "Day of Rage".  They want to fight "market dictatorship."  They want an end to capitalism and the free enterprise system in America and around the world.  In America, they will "take to the streets"  and protest at Wall Street in New York City.

On the other hand, many other Americans will be celebrating America and the United States Constitution.   Christian Coalition of America has, during the month of September, been encouraging all Americans to read the entire constitution on Constitution Day, 2011 being celebrated on Saturday, September 17.

Liberals like to forget that the Constitution of the United States is the Supreme law of the land.   On September 17, 1787, the Founding Fathers established  --  at the conclusion of the Constitutional Convention, presided over by George Washington   --  the Constitution as the framework for organizing the federal government.

The "Father of the Constitution," and future president, James Madison, had many great quotes about the Constitution including these: read more »

Whats God Got to Do With It / byMassingale

Whats God Got to Do With It / byMassingale, a F.A.S.C. Concept by Henry Massingale, I guess some people have lost the abilty to even know if there is a God or not. I am forbidden by faith to show you God, but I am permited to show you a Evil by the hand of Man.

I am going to share a small part of me, when my twins were born, one of them got sick with the croup, I feared, as little she is and it was a cold hard winter, with all my heart I new she would pass away if I did not help. With all of my children, I all ways did this, I got her in my arms and I placed her on my chest, as she placed her ear to my heart I would all ways say, God give her a part of my streingth, so that she may live. I held her for 14 hours and I did not move until she was better.

As for most of us we are so torn when we lose a loved one and some just stop caring about other children because of their lose.

We are faced with so many issues within the United States Of America, and even as I bring a protest against this Govenment System, I have been called a fool for reaching out to proctect Officials, it is because this is what the Constitution is all about, the right to be of free choice, The Constitution does not protect the right of Freedom of Speech when a people seek to kill others.

The most powerfull tool is the Vote, we all want change, we want honest people in Office, and most of all, Where is our Money ? At any given time I can show around read more »

VIDEO: Pete Stark doesn't think there are many limits on what Congress can do

Leave it to eighteen term Democrat Congressman Pete Stark to pretty much encapsulate what's wrong with the federal government.  That being that we have too many members of Congress such as himself who don't recognize constitutional limits on the power of Congress.

In the following video Stark is confronted by a constituent who proceeds to take him to school on the Constitution and the fact that it does indeed limit Congress to specific delegated powers, leaving others to the state governments or to the people.

For his part, Stark was faced with a pretty hostile crowd and does a poor job defending his position.

Of course, this was the same member of Congress who caught flack for telling a constituent at a previous town hall meeting that he wouldn't even bother to urinate on them, (yes, really), so maybe he was just trying to be low key.  Regardless, his statements underscore just how far beyond recognition liberals have misconstrued and perverted our Constitution.

Kagan's take on just how much power Congress has

Although she has spent most of her time before the Senate Judiciary Committee avoiding giving direct answers to questions, there have been a few exchanges which shed some light on her thoughts on some pretty important issues, (or confirm suspicions, as the case may be).

The exchange below was between Kagan and Oklahoma Senator Tom Coburn, which touches on Kagan's thoughts on the constitutional limits on the power of Congress.

Coburn: If I wanted to sponsor a bill and it said Americans, you have to eat three vegetables and three fruits every day and I got it through Congress and that’s now the law of the land, got to do it, does that violate the Commerce Clause?

Kagan: Sounds like a dumb law.

Coburn: Yeah, but I got one that’s real similar to it that I think is equally dumb. I’m not going to mention which it is.

Kagan: But I think that the question of whether it’s a dumb law is different from whether the question of whether it’s constitutional and I think that courts would be wrong to strike down laws that they think are senseless just because they’re senseless. read more »

Publisher puts warning label on the Constitution

As hard as it may be to believe (or perhaps not), a US publisher has put a warning label on a recently released book comprised of a copy of the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, the Federalist Papers and other works written by America's Founding Fathers.

What's next, a warning label at the front door of the US National Archives?

(Via Fox News)

Wilder Publications warns readers of its reprints of the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, Common Sense, the Articles of Confederation, and the Federalist Papers, among others, that “This book is a product of its time and does not reflect the same values as it would if it were written today.” read more »

Observing Our National Day of Prayer

"And this is the confidence which we have before Him, that, if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests which we have asked from Him." - 1 John 5:14-15 (NAS)

"... Casting all your anxiety upon Him, because He cares for you." - 1 Peter 5:7 (NAS)

"... For he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him." - Hebrews 11:6a (NAS)

To Our Prayer Partners,

We are now in the season when our nation comes together for a day to storm heaven for America. We are asking each of you to pray and contact your elected officials on Thursday, May 6th.

A United States Federal Judge has ruled our National Day of Prayer is unconstitutional. There is a Bipartisan group working to overturn this ruling and we thank the Lord for each of these men and women that are taking a strong stand for prayer.

Our elected officials in DC are considering a new Supreme Court Justice.  Please lift this critical appointment up in prayer. Pray for a born again believer and one that takes a strong stand against the abortion issues.

Continue to pray about the health care reform and what is best for our nation and each citizen living in America. Agree with me that the devil cannot rob or steal another thing from the American people. Bind the devil and cast him out and release Godly Holy Spirit favor and blessing on America and each elected official and each citizen in Jesus name. read more »

Obama Gave INTERPOL Authority over FBI & all US Citizens with Executive Order

Is any action being taken to rebutt the changes made to Executive Order 12425 that Obama signed into law on Dec 16, 2009? Do we really want INTERPOL, a foreign police force, to have authority over our own FBI and citizenry with no redress of grievances and no public transparency? This executive order is EXTREMELY threatening to the personal security of every American. It doesn't matter what laws are on the books or who is on the supreme court if any citizen can be hauled off at the whim of the commander of a foreign police force. Rebutting this executive order SHOULD trump all political action items of all political affiliations. read more »

One Must Cross the Line with Human Life

One must cross the lines sometimes. But the case against one organization is such an animal. And by animal, one means the option to take human life for reward. The reward is money for the organization. People only kill life because of one's preference.   The Constitution (Article 4, Section 4) states that the United States shall protect each of its states against domestic violence. What about an internal enemy that's killed over 50 million Americans in the last 35 years? For millions not to be aware of such an unabashed spree in killing, something is awkwardly wrong.

This organization seems to be pushing smaller independent facilities out of business. Evidently, independent facilities are closing, while this one group (710 facilities) continues to expand with the help of Americans' tax dollars.    read more »
