Terrorism in America – Fighting an Enemy Whose Name Cannot Be Spoken

Terrorism in America – Fighting an Enemy Whose Name Cannot Be Spoken

While the U.S. was still reeling from the devastation caused by the Boston bombing and before it was known who was responsible for the act, there were those on the left who assumed, even hoped, that it was an act of right-wing terrorism.  When their hopes were dashed, they took a detour from grieving for the victims and began instead to focus on, as they imagined it, the probability of backlash against Muslim Americans. Apparently, they anticipated a string of retributive attacks against Muslim Americans. These speculators tend to be very selective about which victims deserve their attention and empathy.  And, their ideology is based on the belief that “Islamophobia” like its cohort, racism, is a prevalent force in the world.

Israel's Right to Exist and Live in Peace and Safety

Israel’s right to exist started long before it became recognized as a modern nation by then President of the United States Harry S. Truman in 1948. Its existence was predestined when God said to Abram “Go from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you. I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing.” Thus the everlasting covenant was established between Abram the Hebrew and God to go and establish Israel as the “Promised Land."

IS OIL MORE IMPORTANT THAN ISRAEL?

Israel is certainly a dominant focus of world news every day. The Israeli-Arab conflict continues to flare, and the American media are on the spot, along with the rest of the world media. So with the eyes of the whole world daily focused on Israel, why is Israel seemingly not important to America anymore, at least to the Obama Administration?  How can those in the White House talk about Iraq and Iran and Al Qaeda, and say nothing about the unrelenting violence of the Palestinian Arab and Muslim terrorists?

Israel is undoubtedly America's only loyal and faithful ally in the Middle East. Is this very special alliance not important to the President?  It sure seems so and I have to wonder why.

Israel’s Fight Is Our Fight

Too many Christians and too many Americans view the conflict between Israel and the Arab-Muslim forces surrounding it as a Middle Eastern (regional) problem. They fail to grasp the reality that Islamic terrorism constitutes a global war. Israel and the Jewish people are undoubtedly Islam’s key enemies, but America and Christians are certainly next on their list.

Muslim leaders have often declared that Israel is the “Small Satan” while America is the “Great Satan.” Jews and Christians alike are negatively characterized as “infidels,” and therefore they deserve to be killed for the honor of the Muslim god. Allah insists that Islam is divinely authorized to rule the entire world. According to the Muslim super-authority, the Koran, anyone or anything that stands in its way must be eliminated.
