History Curriculum Backed by CAIR and Muslim Brotherhood

In December, I reported on the move by the federal government to replace traditional curriculum with government information documents. This is part of the trend towards the centralization of education, which has resulted in parents and teachers having less impact on what goes on in the classroom while the federal government’s control is expanded. One of the main concerns regarding the government information documents is the high potential for a politicized curriculum.

Add to that the revisionist history being taught in some classrooms, along with the the promotion of one religion over another.

An example of this can be found in the Texas Education Service Center Curriculum collaborative (TESCCC) and its company, CSCOPE, a major producer of curriculum used in the Texas education system.  A report shows that CSCOPE has portrayed participants in the Boston Tea Party as terrorists and is also accused of having developed an anti-Christian, pro-Islam curriculum.

And, though by law the curriculum is supposed to be accessible to parents, according to the Texas CSCOPE Review:

Bisecular Barack

I finally get it. He walks like a Muslim and talks like a Christian. Barack is bisecular. That's what you are when you say you believe in everything but adhere to the tenets of nothing. There's no strong convictions either way. Barack just does what's necessary to survive - politically and authoritatively. How nice.

Don't believe me? Then you probably voted Democrat in the last presidential election. But that's okay - we all make mistakes.

“Chrislam”… Straight from the Pits of Hell

Maybe we should not be too surprised. Maybe we should have seen it coming. Incredible as it seems, it is now a shocking reality. What people would have thought impossible not so long ago is now coming to pass.  While not actually new on the scene, it is relatively new to America.  What is it? The answer is Chrislam!

Christian and Muslim leaders have been meeting together for months to work on mixing together Christianity and Islam into one religion. They are trying to form an ecumenical merger of these two opposing creeds into a new and strange partnership. And they are giving it the combination name of “Chrislam.”

Taxpayers Fund Occult Teachings in Charter Schools!

The public has unkowingly been funding the Waldorf-Method Charter Schools in the Sacramento area for more than a dozen years. Waldorf schools are located throughout the United States, some being private schools, but many are operated by local school districts including Sacramento City Unified, the lead defendant in a lawsuit.

Waldorf education is rooted in Anthroposophy, which was founded in the early 20th Century by an Austrian, Rudolf Steiner. His religion is a mish-mash of beliefs from Hindu reincarnation, European occultism, Norse mythology and a heretical form of Christianity. Steiner's teachings also reflect the racial superiority that gave rise to the Nazi regime.

Despite Steiner's blatantly racist views, teachers in Waldorf schools-including public schools-must attend training at Anthroposophical Institutions such as Rudolf Steiner College in Sacramento.

Brad Dacus, lead counsel for Pacific Justice Institute based in Sacramento has filed its opening brief with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, located in San Francisco, in a case that challenges the constitutionality of taxpayer funded charter schools that are based on occult teachings.

"We cannot have a constitutional double-standard where mainstream Judeo-Christian beliefs are excluded from public schools while unorthodox beliefs have access to funding," Mr. Dacus stated.

MilesTones: Note to Atheist--Kentucky U. Holocaust Update--Dating Site Forced To Offer Same Sex hookups? and more

NOTE TO AN ATHEIST: The Christian Post (CP) received a response from an atheist regarding their story, Os Guiness Calls for New Christian Renaisance, with a science reference. An atheist retorted, "It'll Never happen. The Fundies Hate Science." How's that again?

I sent a quick response which was up for about 10 seconds and it was immediately scrubbed. CP, that obviously has taken the Christianity Today liberal path, then blocked me from any access to their site, refusing to let me post anything.

Since I host the website; www.revaustinmiles.com with over 231,000 visitors, plus being picked up on news sites all over the world, we will publish the response that Christian Post refuses to do:

"I cannot allow the above response by Walter Valez, to conclude the discusion. The "Fundies" whom you falsely state, "hate science," are actually the FATHERS of science; Galileo, Newton, Pascal, Einstein (yes he believed in God) along with later "fundies" like Gregor Mendel who discovered Genetics later named, DNA. Mendel, a Czech monk was one of those ‘fundies' who "hate science.(?) This doesn't include the ‘fundies' who contributed to the law, and government formation like, Blackstone, and Locke or those who contributed to philosophy. Atheists, when you attempt to disparage and lie about Christianity, I urge you to do it with some degree of intellignece. Rev. Austin Miles."

RULE FROM ABOVE - PART ONE

The only competent "rule from above" is the rule of God. This is made abundantly clear by the hash we make of it whenever we try to set ourselves up in His place.

The Crucifixion of Easter--War Declared!

Easter Sunday Morning 2011
The most sacred and beloved observance for Christians is Easter. As a child I remember getting dressed on Easter Sunday morning and walking with my parents a block over to the North Park Presbyterian Church in Evansville, Indiana. It was a small brick church and seeing the tulips and irises in full bloom in front of the church was always a mysterious joy as they seemed to have materialized and bloomed that very morning.

Those were the days when people had manners and respect. No one would even think of showing disrespect toward the church. This was our heritage and culture. Today, people openly insult the church along with our sincere beliefs, and sadly, Easter itself, which would have been unheard of in earlier years. But today, it is obvious that the world has totally lost its class and any sense of decency that it may have once possessed.

CHRIST IS RISEN! TRULY, HE IS RISEN!

CHRIST IS RISEN FROM THE DEAD,

TRAMPLING DOWN DEATH BY DEATH,

AND UPON THOSE IN THE TOMBS BESTOWING LIFE!

This message has been proclaimed by the Church since earliest antiquity. It is the cornerstone of our Faith, that upon which everything else depends. St. Paul writes,

Bob & Geri Boyd Award Recipients

What a joy to begin the New Year with this story of two precious friends, Bob and Geri Boyd, who were presented  the 2010 Courageous Christian Leadership Award. I can think of no one more deserving.  Bob and Geri are the gracious hosts of the outstanding national radio program, Issues in Education. They tackle the issues of encroaching communism, the state of our public schools, the Islamic indoctrination of our school children and the attempt to strip all Christians of their rights to worship freely. These issues are confronted honestly and thoroughly which has a powerful impact on the public at large and a source of encouragement to Christians everywhere who feel they are not alone in this fight for the faith and the freedom to be a Christian. We are thankful to Chaplain E. Ray Moore, President of Frontline Ministries, Inc. who created this award and released this story:
