The New York Times carried a story on February 3, that painted a picture of a town gone mad with anger.  Abby Goodnough reported from Cranston RI  (article here) that a 16 year old atheist by the name of Jessica Ahlquist sued the local high school over the fact that the school keeps a prayer hanging on the auditorium wall.   

What happened to my America, was it all just a lucid dream? Have you seen your America lately? Yeah in my America the hero always got the girl in the end, but guess what? That worked for me, I liked it. The Russians were the bad guys, evil plots imploded on evil men, and I could say, “That movie was queer.” without invoking the PC riot police.

In my version of America we were strong, we were the modern day gladiators fighting for liberty. Justice was receiving what you deserved for the deed you did, not getting what you were owed complements of some selective plight or situation or media induced social cause. People didn't have such difficulty deciphering right from wrong. I believed the President was elected by the people, not just the people with the most money or the most nefarious agenda.

And finally people didn't mess with my America, because we would always prevail in anything we stood against. We were the tough guys with the big stick and using that big stick kept the peace.

On Friday of last week, the infamous 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco - the nation's most leftist and ineffective appeals court - continued its anti-Christian jihad as it refused to rehear the case of the Mount Soledad War Memorial Cross being removed by various liberal state and federal judges.  This beautiful 29-foot cross sits on public land on a mountain overlooking the Pacific Ocean which has been seen by countless millions over the decades.  It was dedicated in 1954 in honor of Korean War veterans. 
 
The equally infamous American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) - a rabidly anti-Christian organization - has been fighting to get this war memorial cross removed for over a decade.  The ACLU and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals have been working in tandem to rid God and Christianity from the public square.
 

Linguistic legerdemain is a proper description of the methods employed by the socialist news media to slant their version of happenings and events that affect readers while shoe-horning them into their agenda. That is, Marxism. The bottom line of the media is pursuasion to a particular ideology.

An excellent example of how liberals report their doctored news is a recent syndicated story in the Los Angeles Times (6/10/11) by Richard Fausset regarding the immigration issue which is of great significance to liberals.

This writer takes no position on the subject whatsoever, wanting to be approachable and available to counsel anyone who wishes to talk. The issue itself is what is being reported and how the presstitutes are framing it.

Curiously, when trouble began at the borders of The United States, with a movement against borders complete with demonstrations demanding access to a country without visas or citizenship, the exact same thing was taking place quietly throughout Europe. This was not coincidental.

This destruction of borders was orchestrated and organized by the Communist Party with the intention of opening all borders and everyone having the same access to any country they choose, with the same rights and priveliges of citizens of those countries. The only catch is....everyone will come under Marxist control.

Through this website and syndicated column, the writer repeatedly warns of the encroachment of Socialism/Communism determined to rule our country. One way to reach that goal is to take advantage of every opportunity to destroy Christianity and the church itself.  The efforts are in full swing in The United States of America, under Communist leadership such as the ACLU, while Christians continue to drive while falling asleep at the wheel. That is what England and most of Europe has done, And those same results, with more to come, are already on the march to bring total Communist rule to America and for the world itself via a yellow brick road being polished by the current adminstration.This sobering account, reported by popular Florida Radio Host, Jerry Newcombe, now stepping up to the keyboard, shows what is coming to America if Christians refuse to stand firm. A Warning to America from England

There’s something rotten in the state of England, and I hope it’s not a picture of what is to come here in America. It’s a serious loss of religious freedom for Christians, even to the point where there’s a serious loss of freedom of speech.

The latest incident was just reported this week. A complaint has been filed against a medical doctor, Richard Scott, with a 28-year unblemished track record. After a long consultation with a 24-year-old patient who was discouraged and “in a rut,” the doctor asked if he had ever considered turning his problems over to Jesus.

There was no big buildup or fanfare. The two young girls simply got behind the news desk and the camera recorded their first appearance delivering news items that had caught their eyes that day, At the beginning of their debut, Amari Chambers, who is a teen-ager, fluffed a word and they both got the giggles, which accidently stayed in when it was posted on YouTube and Tangle.

Audience reaction was immediate. The fluff & giggles moment connected with viewers. The kids were a hit. Amari had never been on camera or in front of an audience. She was shy and was surprised that she had been asked to be on the newscast.  Her father, Charles, who drove her to the studio decided to stay and watch, which made her so nervous that she asked if he could come and pick her up later. Interesting, she will be seen by 10 million people but is nervous for her dad to be there in the studio as she does it.

Camilla Spangler is 11 years old and is a natural born performer. Last weekend she won a dance competition in California, an event that went on for two days, and danced off with the first-place Gold Award.

The Christmas Season is upon us again, even though the social-reconstructed government of the U.S.S A., having been re-educated in dealing with anything Christian, (other 'religions' are fine) has stimulated writers and poets to new ways with words to look ahead at what we can expect during the coming Christmas Celebration. Lindasue Sisuela, a popular writer with the Northern California newspaper, America's Good News, forwarded this updated take on,"The Night Before Christmas."

A news conference of lawyers and Christian Leaders took place this morning at 11 AM (EST) at the Faith and Action Ministry House in Washington, D.C. to discuss the case coming before the United States Supreme Court tomorrow morning (Wednesday). This is the case the ACLU has been salivating over since its founding. The intention of the case is to force America to tear down all crosses in public view, including crosses in National Cemeteries.

 A lot of thought went into how to pull off this case. The Marxists-atheists went after a cross that has stood for 75 years (without incident) in a remote area of the Mojave Desert as a War Memorial. The ACLU recruited one man to complain about the cross. That is all it took. One complaint from one individual and the case was filed and will now be heard by the Supreme Court to decide if the cross is in violation of the Constitution.

 The constitutionality of a Memorial Cross in tribute to America's fallen heroes must be debated in a court room?....based on a complaint by one person who probably does not even live in the area?  And if the Communists win this case of the little cross that could in the desert, it will pave the way for every visible cross in America to be torn down. That is how law works.
