VA reinstates prayer policy for police chaplains

RICHMOND, VA - Virginia State Police chaplains can invoke Jesus during prayers again.

State Police Superintendent Stephen Flaherty reinstated a policy allowing chaplains to use the name Jesus on Wednesday.
