I agree with many of the problems mentioned, however, I do believe that the most important thing to address first is that our government, neither State or Federal, has the right to tell us we have to buy anything from a private or public company for just living.  It is like saying that we have to buy life insurance to pay for our funeral.  That is not their right.  We should stand for the Constitution first and the rest of it second.
