We the undersigned hereby recognize our nation's dependence on Almighty God and the importance of humbling ourselves and asking for his mercy and guidance for our country.

We deplore the recent action by a liberal judge to declare the "National Day of Prayer" to be un-constitutional.

We support the "National Day of Prayer" and call on our members of Congress and President Obama to appeal this decision, and to maintain and defend the Day of Prayer from judicial activism.
