Speaker Boehner Condemns Sentence of Death for Christian Pastor in Iran

Christian Coalition of America commends Speaker of the House of Representatives, John Boehner, Republican from Ohio, for condemning religious persecution in Iran.  Specifically, Speaker Boehner is denouncing Iran for issuing a death sentence against a Christian pastor, Yousef Nadarkhani, just because he is Christian.

Speaker Boehner says this about Pastor Nadarkhani's imminent execution:  "I urge Iran’s leaders to abandon this dark path, spare Yousef Nadarkhani’s life, and grant him a full and unconditional release."

Democrats Continue Blasting New Planned Parenthood Probe

More members of Congress — all Democrats — have come out in strong opposition to the impending investigation a House committee launched this week, when the head of an oversight committee requested numerous documents from the abortion business.

In a September 15 letter LifeNews.com obtained, Rep. Cliff Stearns, a Florida Republican who is the chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Investigations, writes to Cecile Richards, the president of Planned Parenthood.

The letter requests any information related to improper billing related to federally-funded programs, proof that federal funds are not being improperly used to pay for abortions by PPFA or its affiliates, audits by state agencies of any Planned Parenthood affiliate, and documentation of how many affiliates currently receive Title X family planning funding. The Stearns letter also requests documents on standards and practices related to billing issues, written policies and procedures, and it requests information on how the abortion giant keeps its family planning abortion monies separate and segregated... RSC Chairman Jordan: "Spending Bill Shows Democrats' Priorities"

The chairman of the 180-member conservative Republican Study Committee in the House of Representatives, Congressman Jim Jordan from Ohio, has a problem with spending by Democrats.  The bottom line is that the Democrats just do not want to cut spending but they do want to increase taxes on the American people.  Congressman Jordan also urges passage of a Balanced Budget Amendment.

Here is a comment RSC Chairman Jordan made yesterday:  "The rest of the bill continues federal spending through November 18 at a rate that’s just $7 billion below current levels. For some perspective, imagine the annual federal budget as a family who spends $3,600 a month, $1,300 of which is borrowed. In this scenario, the spending bill cuts $7.00 next month. That’s it. While this bill is almost certain to pass the House next Tuesday even without my support, there’s clearly still a lot of work left to do – and that makes a Balanced Budget Amendment even more important"... Congressman Cliff Stearns Holds Planned Parenthood Accountable in House Hearing

Planned Parenthood, the most infamous organization in American history  --  besides the Klu Klux Klan  --  is finally being held accountable for its corruption over the past several decades by a committee in the United States Congress.
 
The heinous group  --  which has killed millions of children in its abortion mills over the past several decades since the most infamous Supreme Court decision in history, Roe v.
