Christian Coalition condemns Iowa judges for making law on homosexual "marriage"

The American people are sick and tired of judicial tyrants issuing legislation from the bench such as the decision issued today by the Iowa Supreme Court legalizing homosexual "marriages."  Christian Coalition of America condemns today's decision by Iowa's top court as well as the past narrow decisions by the top state courts in Massachusetts and Connecticut.

The President of the Christian Coalition of America, Roberta Combs said: "American voters time after time have said they do not want to allow homosexual 'marriages' in America.  In fact, some 30 states, by an average approval rating of 70%, including California last November, have approved constitutional amendments banning homosexual 'marriages.'   State and federal judges should not be legislating their personal viewpoints from the bench.  The American people and their representatives are the only ones who should be making our country's laws"... Black S.C. Democrat blasts his party for it's anti-choice position on education

Over 20 years ago, a black female state legislator from Wisconsin helped begin the school choice movement in America by getting legislation passed creating America's first school choice program in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Her name was Annette Polly Williams and she was a Democrat.

Many communities all over the nation emulated the legislation which Representative Polly Williams passed in Wisconsin. The Republican-controlled Congress allowed up to 1,700 mostly poor black children to attend a private school of their choice as many of Washington's elite -- such as Michelle and Barack Obama -- can afford to do with their two little girls. Ironically, the Obama administration is allowing this outstanding school choice program to expire.

Now, another black legislator, this time in South Carolina, is championing educational choice. State Senator Robert Ford from Charleston County, South Carolina, is blasting his Democratic Party and saying it is not fair that elected politicians can exercise school choice while their constituents have to remain in the failing public schools... Top military officers say: "Keep law banning homosexuals"

With increasing buzz from the Obama administration and from the Democrat-controlled Congress about overturning Bill Clinton's interpretation of the 1993 law banning open homosexuals from serving in the military, over 1,000 military officers, including top flag rank officers, are urging President Barack Obama and the Congress to maintain the law that bars homosexuals from serving openly in the armed forces.

President Clinton, as one of his first acts as president, tried to overturn the law banning open homosexuals from serving in the military. Treasury Secretary not clear on opposition to a “global currency

An upcoming young leader in the United States House of Representatives, second-term Congresswoman Michele Bachmann, a Republican from Minnesota, has introduced a bill which would ban global currency. It is beyond comprehension that Barack Obama's Treasury Secretary actually left the option of ditching the American dollar as the anchor of the global monetary system and adopting a global currency.

The United Kingdom's "Telegraph" said that "US Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner shocked global markets by revealing that Washington is 'quite open' to Chinese proposals for the gradual development of a global reserve currency run by the International Monetary Fund." Obama's Treasury Secretary has now caused two mini-stock market crashes during Obama's presidency with his inappropriate remarks. Prolife movement gains a victory in the US House

It has not been all doom and gloom for the pro-life movement since Barack Obama became president. First, Obama overturned President Ronald Reagan's Mexico City policy (maintained by both Presidents Bush) by executive order. The Mexico City policy requires that all non-governmental organizations (NGOs) which receive federal funding must not perform or promote abortion services, as a method of family planning, in other countries.

Then Obama began naming and installing radically pro-abortion supporters into his cabinet, and nominating last month, as his first U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals nominee, a pro-abortion judge.
