The Art Director for the largest non-profit musical theatre company has quit after protests and boycotts resulting from the fact that he dared to give money to the "Yes on 8" campaign, which passed California's marriage amendment last week.

Scott Eckern stepped down from his job at the California Musical Theater in Sacramento after some gay and lesbian activists called for a theater boycott.

He said in a statement that he is leaving "after prayerful consideration to protect the organization and to help the...

In an era when many pro-lifers are discouraged that the 1973  Roe v. Wade decision is never going to be overturned  --  especially since a new pro-abortion president is expected to appoint pro-abortion justices to the United States Supreme Court  --  pro-lifers can still be encouraged that the laws they help pass at the federal level and in state legislatures can make a difference in saving the lives of thousands of innocent unborn children.

Just think of the difference even one life can make.  Pam Tebow, the mother of Tim Tebow, the Heisman Trophy winner last year, who is the quarterback from the University of Florida and the first sophomore ever to win the trophy, was encouraged by physicians to abort her son, but she refused to do so.  All five of the Tebow...

One can argue that one member of the "Corrupt Media 6" ("New York Times," NBC, CBS, "Time," "Newsweek" and "Washington Post") should not be on the list or another one such as the "Los Angeles Times" should be on the list.  However, these six  media outlets would definitely be on most conservatives' list of bad guys or media members who should be on a list of thoroughly dishonest "Corrupt Media 6" resulting from the media campaign coverage of 2008.

For some months now, during the general election, Sean Hannity, the Fox News co-host of "Hannity and Colmes" has told his television and radio audiences that the year 2008 was the year journalism died in America.  Hardly anyone alive can recall a...

Everyone in the pro-family and pro-life movements know by now the landmark victories for traditional values in the November 4th election including the three constitutional marriage amendments passed in California, Florida and Arizona making it a total of 30 states which have amendments to their constitutions upholding traditional marriage between one man and one woman.

However, with all the very depressing news about the White House being taken over by a committed left-wing abortion supporter, and some pro-abortion consolidation in the United States Congress, there is some very good news regarding just who was elected to the new 111th Congress.

One of the most exciting was the election of an Iraq war veteran, Congressman-elect Duncan Hunter Jr, (52nd District,) son...

And so it has begun.  The most radical pro-abortion candidate ever elected president, Barack Hussein Obama, will begin to immediately overturn President George Walker Bush's pro-life executive orders as soon as he steps into the Oval Office of the White House on January 20th.  President Bush's executive orders, in the main, have prevented Americans' hard-earned tax dollars from paying for abortions.

Obama will overturn President Bush's (and President Ronald Reagan's) Mexico City policy which prevents federal tax dollars for going to organizations overseas which do abortions, such as the infamous killing machine, the Interntional Planned Parenthood, founded ironically  --  considering Obama is the first black president  --   by racist Margaret Sanger.  And...

Joe Biden seemed to nearly brag that his running-mate will be tested with an international crisis before the end of his first 6 months in the White House is up and it probably will be self-fulfilling prophecy for the Obama-Biden team.  Unfortunately, the American people will have to absorb the brunt of Barack Obama's deep inexperience in foreign affairs and in just about any other area.

When another 9-11 occurs during the Obama presidency  --  God forbid  --  the American people will have a ready culprit to blame, that of a fawning, Messiah-worshipping and thoroughly corrupt left-wing "Old Media" led by the 3 major broadcasting networks, a couple cable news networks, and of course the leading "news" papers and "news" magazines in America. ...

Although the pro-family movement gained huge victories in the states of California, Florida, and Arizona, where the voters of those states overwhelmingly joined the voters of some 27 other states in outlawing homosexual "marriages," the pro-family movement suffered some losses in the pro-life arena including the passage of a legalized suicide measure.

The voters in South Dakota refused to pass a measure for the second time in two elections to ban most abortions.  The ballot initiative in 2006 would have banned all abortions except to save the life of the mother and the 2008 ballot initiative would have banned all abortions except to save the life of the mother and in the cases of rape and incest.  Unfortunately, South Dakota's Measure 11 failed by margin of 55-45...

Sometimes it's interesting to get a perspective from the outside-in, with regards to the many issues our nation faces on the international front.

That is exactly what is presented in today's UK Daily Mail Online as it pertains to President-elect Obama's tough job ahead in terms of American foreign policy.

With barely time to savour his triumph, Barack Obama has been confronted with various international crises to test his mettle.

The U.S. President-elect faces threats from Russia, Israel and Afghanistan as it emerged...
