Each Christmas season, the loony left keeps trying to outdo it's previous ridiculous self.  This year's champion of the loony left is Washington state's Governor Christine Gregoire who allowed a tiny group of radical atheists to post a display right next to a Nativity scene depicting the Christmas story.  Between the two displays is a huge bust of George Washington who must be rolling in his grave at the thought of politicians like Gregoire.

The poster put up by the God-haters insulting Christians in the Washington state capitol building reads in part:  "Religion is but myth and superstition that hardens hearts and enslaves minds."

This is just part of a broader war on Christianity.  Indeed, three judges on the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in St...

Christian Coalition of America's grassroots put a tremendous amount of effort into getting President George W. Bush's "strict constructionist" judicial nominees through, especially the efforts expended to get Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Samuel Alito and circuit court of appeals nominees confirmed.    Unfortunately, we were not always successful, in that some highly qualified judicial nominees actually asked President Bush to withdraw their nominations because they could not afford to have their lives put on hold for years after they were nominated by the president and with the Senate Democrats filibustering their nominations, even when the Democrats were in the minority, as they were before this current Congress.    Indeed, Miguel Estrada, an...

One would think that after the decision by the United States Supreme Court in June 2001  --  that religious clubs have equal footing in grade schools with other organizations  --  schools around the country would get a clue they cannot discriminate against organizations such as the Good News Clubs in America.

But that is exactly what happened within just a few years of the Supreme Court's 2001 decision.  San Diego, the southern city in the left-wing state of California, dictated to the families in the community that after-school "Good News Clubs" would be charged fees to hold their meetings in the San Diego public schools unlike all other groups such as the ever-increasingly left-wing group, the Girl Scouts of America, the 4-H Clubs, the Boy Scouts, etc.

Even before Barack Obama takes office next month, many are questioning whether he will emulate the left-wing actions by Bill Clinton during his first two years in office which resulted in Congress being turned over to the Republicans in 1994.  THE most liberal Senator according to the non-partisan "National Journal," Barack Obama, pretended to be a center-right candidate in the presidential election knowing that the country is definitely a center-right country.

In fact, according to a recent survey, 38% of Americans identify themselves as conservatives and 36% of Americans identify themselves as independents which is an exact reverse of the numbers in the last presidential year.  A much smaller minority referred to themselves as liberals in both surveys.

Our children need a porn-free Internet service

The Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC,) Kevin Martin, is to be applauded for pushing a pornography-free web site for children and others who do not want to be assaulted with the absolute smut which is prevalent on the Internet today.

Chairman Martin wants the FCC to act this month, one month before he leaves office, to offer television consumers the ability to have free, pornography-free wireless Internet service.  The chairman's proposal is part of a plan to auction off a chunk of airwaves in which the winning bidder would have to set aside 25% of the airwaves for a free Internet service.  Needless to say, the wireless industry has objected to the FCC's proposed pornography filter.  The company...

Supporters of Christian Coalition of America, indeed, most Americans, are thankful for the life of Reverend George M. Docherty.  He is the former pastor of the famous New York Avenue Presbyterian Church in Washington D.C, a liberal on some issues, who gave a great sermon on February 7, 1954.  One of the members of the audience during that sermon was President Dwight David Eisenhower.

What was in the sermon which has influenced history is the fact that Pastor Docherty urged that the Pledge of Allegiance to the American flag be amended.  He said:  "To omit the words 'under God' in the Pledge of Allegiance is to omit the definitive factor in the American way of life."  Some may argue that after the 2008 election.

What Pastor Docherty did that Sunday...

One would have thought that Planned Parenthood's, or as some would say, Planned Barrenhood's marketing people would have thought that they made a macabre mistake when they decided to issue death certificates or what they call gift certificates just before the celebration of Christmas and Hanukkah instead of before Halloween.  But that is exactly what the Planned Parenthood of Indiana intended when they issued their $25 gift certificates just before the Christmas season, ironically on a holiday to celebrate the Giver of life.

However, Planned Parenthood is fully commited to be the taker of life as proven by the fact that they have committed some millions and millions of murders of innocent unborn children since the infamous Roe v. Wade decision in 1973, which...

One after another, members of the left-wing and thoroughly corrupt "Old Media" are admitting their terrible bias during the 2008 presidential campaign for Barack Obama, too late for the country to do anything about it.  Mark Halperin from "Time" magazine  --  which for decades has been spinning the left-wing line  --  admitted last week that the media's coverage of the campaign was "disgusting."  Of course, this admission by a key political reporter for "Time" magazine has not yet appeared in the actual magazine, and it has about as much chance of being published as "a snowball's chance in .... "  The odds of a CBS or NBC anchor or a "New York Times" reporter or editor admitting such guilt is even worse.
