Christians Duty To
Vote (First Draft)

Concerns:

  1. Elected Progressives and Socialist
officials in our Government have been slowly removing God from our
country. It started with not allowing prayer in our schools. Today, they
are on a fast track to eliminate God from our schools, public, and
    country.
  2. To keep church leader silenced, Czars’
have threaten them with tax issues. Church leaders have been silent
instead of organizing to fight back.
  3. Our President said, “America is not a
    Christian nation.”
  4. Our government is ignoring our
Constitution and Bill of Rights. If we continue to allow them to do it,
they will continue until our Constitution and Bill of Rights are worthless
pieces of paper. Example: Congress shall make no law
respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free
    exercise thereof;
or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the
press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition
the Government for a redress of grievances.”

5.

Facts:

  1. In 1996 only 20% of Christians voted.
  2. If only 2 more people from each church
voted Republican, socialist would not be dismantling our liberties and
    constitution today.
  3.

Problems:

  1. By not voting, Christians are allowing
atheist, anti-Christians and evil to control our government and our country.
  2. Our Government threatens our white
    churches about political sermons.
  3.

Possible Reasons Few Christians Vote:

1.       Christians don’t care if ungodly people
control the faith of our lives, children, grandchildren, and churches.

2.       Christians are only good at talking without
action.

3.       Christians have given up on both political
parties and don’t realize they have the power to reform political parties.

4.

Possible Solutions:

  1. National Level
    1. Make a video of the duty of Christians
to vote. Post it on Youtube, all websites that will do it, link it to
emails, mail DVD’s to denominational leaders, preachers and Fox News.
    2. Send preachers emails with facts about
Christians not voting, and getting them to encourage their congregation
to register to vote immediately, vote in the primaries, and elections.
    3. Find a few preachers that will write
sermons that will link sermons on the duty of Christians to vote. The
sermons could be non-bias and not mention political parties, or
candidates. They could mention that the congregation should vote for the
candidates that more closely meets their biblical and political beliefs.
Give them voter registration information for their areas, such as how to
fill the forms out, where to get forms, where to return the forms, dead
lines, etc.  Send copies of these
sermons to denomination leaders, Christian organizations, and other
      preachers.
    4. To get pastors to understand what
others are doing to down grade religion, email pastors pertinent
information such as book reviews on Black Theology and Black Power.
    5.
  2. Local Level
    1. Get volunteers to give their pastors
some of the above information and ask them to preach on the Duties of
      Christians To Vote.
    2. Get volunteers to pickup Voter
Registration forms and giving them to churches.
    3. Get volunteers to persuade churches to
      provide voter registration materials.
    4. Get volunteers to speak at churches on
the Duties of Christians To Vote.
    5.

Related Bible Verses:

1.        Proverbs 14:34 – “Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a
disgrace to any people.”

2.        Proverbs 29:2 – “When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice;
when the wicked rule the people groan.” In other words, ungodly Politian’s will
not make righteous policies and the people will complain about their sorrows.

3.       “The borrower is the servant to the Lender.”

4.

Conclusions:

1.
Even if only
five or ten percent of the churches implemented the above, it could make a
tremendous difference in the 2010 elections.

2.
Numerous Christians may develop a genuine and lasting interest in
influencing election outcomes.
