Radical Muslims No Match for Australian PM

Australia's Prime Minister Julia Gillard has taken a hardline stance against radical Muslims in her country. Her stance is an example of strong and courageous leadership--a breath of fresh air to the free world--which leaders in Europe and America would do well to imitate.

Gillard announced to her whole nation that “all Muslims who want to live under Islamic Sharia law should get out of the country.” She stressed: “All immigrants must adapt to become Australians. Take it or leave it.”

She continued: “This culture has been developed over two centuries of struggles, trials, and victories by millions of men and women who have sought freedom. We speak English ? not Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or any other language. Therefore, if you wish to become part of our society, learn and speak our language!”

Guillard added: “Most Australians believe in God. Christian men and women founded this nation on Christian principles. If our God offends you, then I suggest you consider another part of the world as your home, because our God is part of our culture. If you want to live here, you must accept our culture and live in peace and harmony with us.”

The Prime Minister concluded: “This is our country, our land, and our lifestyle. We will allow you every opportunity to enjoy all this. But if you are complaining, whining, and griping about our flag, our pledge of allegiance, our Christian heritage, or our way of life, I highly encourage you to take advantage of one other great Australian freedom ? the right to leave!”

It took a lot of courage for this woman to speak out as she did, but what she had to say is a warning the whole world needs to hear. She recognized and articulated what is probably the world’s major problem and danger today?the oppressive religion of Islam. After what occurred on 9/11 in America and the ongoing attacks by Islam on civilized people around the world, Gillard’s common sense, no non-sense approach should inspire leaders worldwide to stand with her against this threat against humanity.
