From the Outlook menu bar, select ‘Tools’, then ‘Options’

In the Options window, select the 'Mail Format' tab and click on the 'Signatures' button

In the 'Email Signature' tab, click the 'New' button to create your new signature.

In the New Signature window, type a name to label your new signature in the 'Type a name for this signature:' field. Click 'OK'.

With your new signature highlighted in the 'Select Signature to edit' field, draft your signature text you would like to use for your signature in the 'Edit signature' field.

Highlight the web address portion of your signature text and click on the 'Insert Hyperlink' button on the 'Edit Signature' toolbar

The 'Insert Hyperlink' window will open. The web address that you highlighted should be automatically inserted into the 'Address:' field. Click 'OK'.

Back in the 'Signatures and Stationary' window, ensure that your new email signature name is selected from the drop-down menus; this ensures automatic embedding of your new signature into your 'New messages' and 'Replies/forwards'. Click 'OK'.
