Creating an Email Signature for Microsoft Outlook 2003
This guide will help you create an email signature for Microsoft Outlook. Help spread the word about the Christian Coalition of America’s website using your emails with the following instructions.
From the Outlook menu bar, select ‘Tools’, then ‘Options’

Fom the Options window, select ‘Mail Format’ and click on ‘Signatures’ at the bottom of the window.
From the ‘Create Signature’ window, select ‘New’.

Name your new signature, if you wish. Then, select ‘Next’ to ‘Start with a blank signature’.

From the ‘Edit Signature’ window, type the signature message you would like to use. For example, “Join me and The Christian Coalition of America at www.CC.org!†Click 'OK'.

Back in the ‘Create Signature’ window, verify the preview of your signature and click ‘OK’ to close the window.

In the ‘Options' window, in the 'Signatures' area, select your signature name from the drop-down menu to enable it to be added as your 'Signature for New Messages' and for the 'Signature for Replies and Forwards'. Click 'OK' to save the settings.
Now, test your new email signature by creating a new email and begin spreading the word about The Christian Coalition of America with the help of your new email signature!
