The latest on the guessing game.
Seems as though Pricilla Owens has taken her name out of the running...Lifelike Pundits cheers for Brown.
Confirm Them has favorable comments re: Larry Thompson...but notes that we're in a holding pattern, with the latest buzz has Alito and Corrigan climbing fast. They also point out that, like Roberts in round one, Alito's name fell off everyone's lips early, then came back at the end.
Resistance is Futile says cheers for a Brown pick...and says to bring on the filibuster.
The latest odds at Tradesports...which shows the leaders, and biggest gainers, as Alito, Corrigan and williams. All great picks.
On a related note, the American Bar Association has a new poll showing the American people are "dissatisfied" w/the judiciary. Hmmm. Couldn't have anything to do w/the judicial activism, could it???
