Rarely would I send you another note so soon on the same subject, but this is simply too important for our country.

As you've heard, the US House of Representatives will try to pass the Senate version of ObamaCare this weekend - and it is critical that they continue to hear from you. Worse, they want to "pass" it without actually having to vote on it.

There's really no other way to put it. This bill is "for all the marbles".

• It creates a big government entitlement with over one hundred new boards and commissions that will be able to use health care as a reason to regulate our lives
• It will mandate that you buy insurance - and fine you if you don't 
• It would spend over $10 billion dollars to expand the IRS - and hire an estimated 12,000 new IRS employees to enforce compliance 
• It contains over 19 NEW tax increases 
• It cuts Medicare by over 1/2 a trillion dollars 
• It will add to our national deficit and enlarge our already out of control national debt 
• It would allow taxpayer dollars to be spent to subsidize abortions

It has never been more critical to our country and our liberties that members of Congress hear from as many Americans as possible.

Below you will find the most recently updated list of Democrat swing votes on this issue. It shows their most recent public position as well as how they voted on the House bill in November.

You can click their names and be taken to their websites where you will find phone numbers and email contact forms. If you can't get through the congressional switchboard (202-224-3121) you can call the numbers listed for their local offices on their websites. You can also click here and forward them a fax message.

All Republican members have stated that they will vote against the bill. If you are represented by a Republican, contact them and thank them.

If you are represented by congressman that is listed as a "no", call and thank them and offer them encouragement to stand strong - they are having their arms twisted relentlessly by President Obama, Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the Democratic leadership.

If you are represented by a congressman listed as a "yes" or "undecided", call and let them know that you are opposed to the bill. Let them know that you are a registered voter in their district and that you demand that they vote "NO" on ObamaCare.
