The US House of Representatives TOMORROW (Thursday) will be voting on a very dangerous piece of legislation which will censor Americans who do not believe with the left-wing agenda of the White House and the Democrat-controlled U.S. Congress.

The bottom line is that the liberals in Congress are determined to hang on to their seats even at the expense of dumping the First Amendment rights of Americans.

Indeed, in order to bring this onerous legislation -- mockingly called the "DISCLOSE Act" -- to the floor of the House of Representatives, they carved-out a deal with the National Rifle Association (NRA) which will only apply to the NRA. This is what the liberals did during the debate on ObamaCare, carving out special deals such as the Nebraska Cornhusker Deal in order to get the votes to pass their socialized medicine scheme.

What the "DISCLOSE Act" will do is undo key portions of the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Citizens United vs. Federal Election Commission.  The Supreme Court ruled that parts of the Campaign Finance legislation, which banned groups such as the NRA and groups on the left from exercising their First Amendment rights, was unconstitutional.

This Democrat-controlled 111th Congress did not like the Supreme Court ruling, but they needed some cover to pass their "DISCLOSE Act".  They got it with their special carve-out for the National Rifle Association.  Republican members of Congress are livid with the NRA for supporting such patently unconstitutional legislation just to protect only their organization from the new law.

To put it simply, we must stop the bill. The "DISCLOSE Act" will have a detrimental effect on a fair election this November.

Time is growing short, but we can still be heard.
